If you haven’t paid a visit to The King’s Head Holt for a while, then you’re in for a pleasant surprise.

This popular norfolk community pub has been given a right royal makeover, with appealing paintwork, stylish new bars, a cosy conservatory and an improved garden area as well as three dream B&B rooms. Adam Chapman and his team are very proud of what the pub has to offer - the snazzy new bar has plenty of space for putting the world to rights over a pint or two of local ale, and you can challenge your friends to a game of pool or darts, or catch up with the latest sports news on the flat-screen TVs.

Meanwhile, those of you who are simply after a quiet drink will enjoy the areas to the left of the entrance where you can relax with the daily papers and warm yourself up by the fires. Behind the scenes, a brand new kitchen has been installed to keep Adam and his team happy so you can expect fabulous food made from scratch which won’t cost you a king’s ransom.

And the good news continues - upstairs three spacious B&B rooms have been created, ideal for families and groups of friends. And outside there’s a large, modern beer garden, the perfect place for a cool drink in the sun
