Complex but well balanced mix of hops and malt leads onto a crisp well hopped finale.<br />
<strong>Potbelly Brewery &#8211; Pigs Do Fly: 4.4% abv. </strong>A Light and Golden Ale, it is a single hopped brew using Styrian Goldings, marking our 1st anniversary and as a special for Leicester Beer Festival!</p>

<p>New seating being put in over the next weeks&#8230;and our smoking shelter is  almost complete outside in the beer garden, with lights and  heaters-hurrah!</p>

<li><strong>Ilkley Black 3.7%</strong> &#8211; a dark and velvety mild made with chocolate and roasted malts to give a rich and satisfying flavour.</li>
<li><strong>Ilkley Best 4% </strong>- a hoppy and spicy Yorkshire bitter.</li>

<li><strong>Saltaire Blonde 4% </strong>- straw coloured light ale with soft malt flavours, delicately hopped with Czech and German hop varieties.</li>
<li><strong>Saltaire Elderflower Blonde 4% </strong>- refreshing blonde ale infused with the delicate flavour of elderflower.</li>

<li><strong>Roosters Stars N Stripes</strong> 4.3% &#8211; brewed with American hops for a big bold beer made with golden promise and crystal hops.</li>
<li><strong>Roosters YPA 4.3% </strong>- pale golden colour. Raspberry aroma. Long aromatic finish. Medium bitterness. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Styrian Golding hops.</li>
<li><strong>Roosters Citra 4.3%</strong> &#8211; a new interesting hop to come from the USA with passion fruit and tropical flavour.</li>

<li><strong>Once Bittern,</strong> from Woodfordes Brewery: the latest seasonal brew from the award-winning brewery, is a copper-coloured<br />
ale with a distinctive aroma of rich spice and citrus fruit. Uniquely created from a special blend of high quality Norfolk ingredients, the beer has hints of sweet malt, fruit and warm spice with a dry finish.</li>
<li><strong>Golden Pale Ale, </strong>5.0% from Elmtree Brewery: A pale ale in the traditional style that is initially malty and delicately bittered. The long dry biscuit finish is enhanced by the subtle citrus aromas.</li>
<li><strong>Sundance, </strong>4.1% from Greene King: This fine ale is brewed using pale malts and Fuggles hops to create a light, refreshing ale with floral and fruity aromas.</li>
</ul>
