Our business is a collection of individual businesses. We prefer individual to group or empire because our business is not egotistical or material, it exists to give individuals an identity rather than being directed by a corporate bulldozer or to big up the fat cat in the fancy car!

We grow when we have good people who want the next challenge, rather than needing to grow to satisfy shareholders or bragging rights! We try to recruit and promote from within because we like loyalty and to see our people do well.
